Shipping Policy
We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped quickly and securely. Orders are typically prepared within up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Deliveries are handled by trusted shipping partners, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s country and region. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery in real time.
In cases of delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, strikes, peak demand periods, or carrier-related logistics issues, the store is not responsible for extended delivery times, but customer support will be available throughout the process.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, an additional shipping fee may apply for reshipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If the customer is not satisfied with the received product, they may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with common European e-commerce practices.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, within the applicable legal timeframe.
Products with manufacturing defects are covered by legal warranty rights. If a defect is identified, the customer should contact our support team and provide photos or videos showing the issue. After evaluation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or improper handling is not covered under warranty.
